The property was modern and big. George was very attentive checking on us, making sure thay everything was OK. The property is near the airport, but we barely heard the planes.

The room was super beautifully decorated, very elegantly and even better than the pictures. The hosts was very helpful and friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed and super flexible. The room also had amazing amenities (including a little whirlpool and super big shows room and toilet). Would definitely recommend.

It had everything we needed which was perfect! Beach/pool towels, kitchenwares, spacious shower, separate toilet which is freaking smart.. Sadly we couldn’t stay longer, but next time I’m definitely booking here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property in Mykonos, and it exceeded all my expectations. The place is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers all the comforts one could ask for. I especially loved the charming pool area—it was the perfect spot to relax. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the owner, George. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location is also ideal, close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. I would rate this experience 5 stars without hesitation and am looking forward to my next stay here. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed at the Phillip Houses recently for a days, and it was a truly amazing experience. Our villa was spacious, clean, and our own little swimming pool was everything. We also loved that fact that Philip Houses is located in the middle of the island, close enouth to the beach, and supermarkets, and shops, but away from the crowded areas.
